Job Opening: Office Sales Representative (Call Operator) Location: Chicago, On-Site A.B. Company Inc., a leading importer of high-quality foods and beverages from the Balkan region to the U.S. market, is announcing an exciting job opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling premium, organic, and innovative products from the EU to the U.S. market. You will also focus on expanding the existing customer base from our database, while establishing new business relationships and maintaining strong connections with existing customers. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and submit sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Your role will also include contributing to sales growth by working on branding and merchandising strategies for assigned customers, as well as enhancing and developing business relationships within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a VI or VII level education, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Economic fields, and at least two years of commercial sales experience, specifically within the pharmaceutical or health food sectors. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Serbian is a plus. Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office, are essential, and a valid Category B driving license is preferred (active driver).
